We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Shipping Charges

Amazing Thai is dedicated to giving our clients the greatest possible value, hence we only offer free shipping in Karachi on orders over Rs. 2,000.


Note: For orders under Rs. 2000, the shipping fee to Karachi will only be Rs. 250.

Shipping outside of Karachi will cost Rs. 350.


Note: Regular orders are subject to this regulation. Delivery fees on orders for sales or promotions could change. Please add the sale item to your shopping cart on the checkout page in order to view the delivery charges.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. The delivery timeframe depends on your location:

 

•             Within Major Cities: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

•             Outside Major Cities: Delivery may take 3-5 business days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays may affect delivery times. We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.

Delivery Procedure

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, they may attempt re-delivery or leave a notification for you to collect the package from the nearest pick-up point.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only deliver within Pakistan. We’re working on expanding our shipping capabilities to cater to international customers in the future.
